All comms with employees such as emails, team meetings, newsletters, intranet, face to face, noticeboard, posters, flyers, digital channels follow the same theme in terms of wording and delivery. Communications are accessible for all employees and employees have a clear pathway to communicate with one another and the leadership teams.

  • Having developed and utilised risk assessments
  • A process for reporting injuries, near-misses and work related illness

  • Having appropriate facilities at work to maintain employee hygiene and welfare
  • Have a first aid toolkit
  • Appoint a lead for health and safety
  •  Display the Health and Safety Law poster

Does your organisation offer flexible working arrangements where possible?

Staff are able to work from home when required or have flexibility to complete their working hours flexibly within reason and when necessary. Facilitate the right to request flexible working and accommodate where possible, statement so employees are aware, templates and support for this are on the platform.
