The Herts Healthy Workplace Programme

About the programme

The Herts Healthy Workplace programme is FREE to join and has already supported the health and wellbeing of over 2,000 employees across 40 small and medium businesses (SME’s) in Hertfordshire.

It is an accreditation scheme is personalised to each organisation and helps provide employers with the knowledge, resources and skillset required to create a workplace culture and environment which is supportive of the health and wellbeing of their employees.

 

Who can apply?

  • Hertfordshire based businesses
  • Businesses from the private and voluntary sectors
  • Small and medium businesses (SME's) with less than 250 employees

 

What does it involve?

Businesses have the option to work through three accreditation tiers, unlocking further benefits as they progress:
